I’m known to many people as Bennie Donald Honeycutt. I take much pride in bringing you this album—not of myself, but of what Christ has done in my life. When a person comes to the end of the road, as I did, and then finds the answer within, they will thank God for a bed of roses and forget the briars and thorns of yesteryears.
Each song on this album has a personal message. Take heed, for only in Christ will you find happiness and peace.
I dedicate this album to my sweet mother and father, who lay awake nights and prayed that somehow their son, Donald, would seek and find the way out of darkness; to my brothers and sisters and all my friends. I thank God for answering prayer—for it is prayer that changes people, and people change things.
Also, this album is dedicated to my wife and her mother, who accepted a lost sinner into their home, fed me, and made me feel wanted. That is when an answer to prayer began.
I composed my first song as I felt something within me. I titled the song *An Answer to Prayer*, for it was there that real life began. My wife, Vallie, and I desire to do God’s will. Your support in prayer will help to win a soul to Christ Jesus. He will see you through when you seek Christ.
I want to thank the Christian Troubadours for a great friendship and their outstanding part in helping me to make this album available. It is a thrill!
As you hear, read, and accept—in Christ Jesus, miracles happen.
If you had known me from my childhood, you would say, “Here is a miracle from God.”
Some people will never forget.
